Successful results in a weight loss journey comes down to acknowledging and working within all the moving pieces. Respecting the balance necessary between fuel, movement, and the mind.
Fuel refers to the energy source you feed your body. In our case the type of food and the quantities of said food.
Movement refers to the expenditure of calories. This category incorporates both the body's natural usage of calories for survival as well the calories burned through exercise. Everybody's needs, goals, and limitations are different, which is why this category is tailored to fit into individualistic needs.
The mind plays a large role in successful weight loss. It can serve as our greatest ally or our worst nightmare. It is imperative that we address and support the mind's needs during any physical transformation journey.
Choices and Accountability
You will be a part of the process. I am not here to tell you what to do or to force you into a certain way of going about your journey. Together we will create the program that is best suited for your goals, while incorporating your limitations, and needs.
While I will do my best to be there for you as a source of accountability, guidance, and knowledge. I in return require that during the process you commit to yourself, to the program, and to me as your guide and coach. Weekly appointments will be set and need to be honored, questions outside of that time slot will be answered upon availability only, and weigh-in & photo check-ins need to be done in a timely manner.
